We have separate packages for each of these different goals, so making sure you are aware of what your goals are beforehand is key to success. Planning your diet out will make it a lot easier for you to stick to it.
If you are wanting to lose weight, we have an extreme shred package and a slimmers package. Make a decision on which package would suit you best, as this can have an effect on your motivation and choosing a package that is not right for you can have consequences and maybe even waste your money.
Choose the amount of weeks/meals that you want
You can actually choose the number of meals that you want per day, two or three. This can have an impact on your diet and appetite so be sure to choose the right amount of what you think works best for you.
You can also choose the number of weeks that you want meals for. If you are unsure about the package and want to try it for the first time, go with two weeks. If you have tried our scrumptious meals before and want to continue eating nutritiously, then go with four weeks.
It is best that you choose the right package for you and your goals, as this will help you stick with the diet better than you would otherwise.
What meals are included in the package?
We give out a range of different freshly-prepared meals within your package. These vary randomly from what our in-house chef is cooking at the time, but all meals are cooked with the right amount of nutrients, vitamins and minerals in mind. So you don’t have to worry about if they are healthy, they are!
We send a breakdown of the macros via email after purchasing a package, meaning that you can determine yourself if the package is right for you and the contents included are going to work with your body.
