Two of our most popular plans are our slimmers package and extreme shed plan but what’s the difference between the two and which one would suit you best?
What is the Slimmers Package?
Our popular slimmers package is a nutrition plan designed to help you shed some pounds, get in shape, tone up and get healthy. This nutrition plan has some variations, at different prices, that you can choose between for a plan that fits you best. You can choose between getting 2 or 3 meals per day and choose whether you want to receive those meals for 2 or 4 weeks.
The great thing about this plan is that it is customisable. If you want to save some time and hassle but still enjoy cooking now and then, getting 2 meals per day would suit you better. Alternatively, if you want to get rid of the need to cook completely (we understand, cooking can take a lot of time and effort) then receiving 3 meals per day will have you set for a few weeks free of cooking.
Our in-house nutritionists get in touch with you by email to discuss your diet plan to get a one that suits you perfectly. This is also where you get the chance to tell us your likes, dislikes and any dietary requirements so we can provide you with the best meals possible. All the hassle of weight loss meal prepping is gone and you are free to lose weight steadily, healthily and easily.
What is the Extreme Shred Plan?
Our extreme shed plan is designed for slightly more intense weight loss, of course, whilst still being healthy and sustainable so you can keep the weight off after you lose it. With the extreme shred plan, you get 2 meals a day for 4 weeks as well as a free written nutrition plan to get some explanations on your diet.
The way the extreme shed plan works is similar to the way the slimmers package works. You tell us your likes, dislikes and any dietary requirements and we do the rest. You don’t have to think about a thing after that, your meals are freshly prepared for you so you don’t have to spend any time cooking, you don’t need to calculate calories, research macros or know what to eat and how much of it, we do all of that hard work for you.
